We collect your full name, email address, mobile number, date of birth and, when you add a payment method, masked identifiers for your UPI handle, Paytm wallet or PhonePe account. We do not store full card or bank account numbers on our servers.

Payment data is transmitted over encrypted connections and processed by PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways. x10 retains only masked transaction references, not raw payment credentials, so even if our records were accessed the underlying payment details would not be exposed.

Yes. Submit a written request to our privacy email from the address registered to your account. We will compile a portable copy of your profile, transaction history and correspondence logs and deliver it within 30 calendar days of verifying your identity.

Send a correction or deletion request to our privacy email, specifying which records need to be changed or removed. We will act on the request within 30 days, subject to any legal obligation that requires us to retain certain financial records for a defined period.

We share data only with payment processors needed to clear your UPI or PhonePe transactions, fraud-detection partners who help keep your account safe, and regulatory authorities when required by applicable law. We do not sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

Profile data is scheduled for deletion within 60 days of a confirmed account-closure request. Transaction records are held for the period required by financial regulations in your jurisdiction, after which they are permanently deleted from our live systems and backups.
